Our acoustic panels combine warm real wood veneer with noticeably better room acoustics – whether behind the sofa, in the hallway or in the office. Combined with indirect lighting, the result is a high-quality, modern wall.
Within Germany your order is usually with you in 1–3 days. For deliveries to other countries the transit time depends on the destination country. For large acoustic panels, which we deliver in person, we arrange the delivery date directly with you. At busy times it can occasionally take a little longer.
For accessories and all items up to 120 cm you can see the shipping costs straight away in your cart. For large acoustic panels (over 120 cm) they depend on the driving distance from our warehouse in Gütersloh – delivery to Gütersloh and Bielefeld is free of charge. Enter the delivery country and your address in the cart or use the shipping calculator: the exact amount is shown to you before you order.
Yes! Put the panel you want in the cart and enter your address – the shipping costs appear straight away. That is free and completely without obligation: you do not have to place an order or enter any payment details.
We deliver to Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and Switzerland. Delivery to Gütersloh and Bielefeld is free of charge with our own team.
Large acoustic panels (over 120 cm) we deliver with our own van and our own staff – that way your panels arrive undamaged, safely and on time. These lengths cannot be sent by ordinary post, and haulage companies are too unreliable for us here. Smaller items such as samples and accessories come conveniently by parcel service.
Yes, pickup at our warehouse in Gütersloh (Gneisenaustraße 9) is always free of charge – simply select “Pickup” in your cart. We will get in touch as soon as your order is ready.
You can pay securely by credit card, PayPal and Klarna. Processing runs encrypted via our payment provider Stripe.
The first 4 samples are free; from the 5th onwards a small surcharge per sample applies – your cart works out the tiers automatically. On top of that there is a one-off flat shipping fee, no matter how many samples you order; it does not apply if you collect in Gütersloh. Yes, the panels are designed so that they can be fitted seamlessly side by side and form a continuous wall surface.
Depending on the substrate, the panels can be glued or screwed. Simple mounting instructions are included with the delivery.
Yes. The felt backing absorbs sound and noticeably reduces reverberation in the room – ideal for living rooms, offices and home cinemas.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If goods arrive damaged or faulty, we will of course arrange a replacement free of charge. The details are set out in our withdrawal instructions.
