Acoustic panels longer than 120 cm are delivered by us with our own van and our own staff – so that your panels arrive undamaged, safely and on time. Lengths like these cannot be sent by ordinary post, and freight forwarders are too unreliable for us here.

What we charge for is the driving distance from our warehouse in Gütersloh: €1.00 per kilometre within Germany. Delivery to Gütersloh and Bielefeld is free of charge.

We combine deliveries into planned routes, so how long it takes depends on how far away you are: around Bielefeld, Gütersloh usually within 2 working days, elsewhere in North Rhine-Westphalia (Düsseldorf, Köln) up to 8 working days, further afield (southern Germany, for example) up to 14 working days. It never takes longer than 14 working days. We email you the date and a time slot in advance.

Put the panel in your cart and enter your address: the shipping costs are shown to you straight away. With no order, with no payment – just try it out.

Two of our staff load the panel into the vehicle – but the driver arrives on their own. The panel is not heavy, yet its size makes it very unwieldy: a second person needs to be on site to unload it and put it down at the delivery address. Please plan for this when you order – you will receive the delivery date by email beforehand.

Larger items travel by freight forwarder or in our own delivery vehicle. We always send you the delivery date by email beforehand so that someone is there to receive it.

Pickup at our warehouse (Gneisenaustraße 9, 33330 Gütersloh) is always free of charge – simply select “Pickup” in your cart.
