We cut in the length only – and we do it professionally: after the precise cut we neatly re-staple the felt at the back and clean the entire panel. We deliberately do not cut the width, because that can vary by a few millimetres from project to project – it is best to measure that on site directly on the panel and then simply trim the width yourself with a utility knife through the felt.
We check all dimensions and, once your order has been received, send you a preview of the cut which you can confirm at your leisure.

Acoustic panels longer than 120 cm are delivered by us with our own van and our own staff – so that your panels arrive undamaged, safely and on time. Lengths like these cannot be sent by ordinary post, and freight forwarders are too unreliable for us here.
What we charge for is the driving distance from our warehouse in Gütersloh: €1.00 per kilometre within Germany, €0.50 per kilometre to all other countries. Delivery to Gütersloh and Bielefeld is free of charge.
