See our reviews on TrustpilotAll goods in this shop are covered by the legal guarantee of at least two years. If the goods do not match the description or do not function as intended, you get free repair or free replacement, and in some cases a price reduction or full reimbursement. Just get in touch with us as soon as possible, ideally with your proof of purchase.
Acoustic panels longer than 120 cm are delivered by us with our own van and our own staff – so that your panels arrive undamaged, safely and on time. Lengths like these cannot be sent by ordinary post, and freight forwarders are too unreliable for us here.
What we charge for is the driving distance from our warehouse in Gütersloh: €1.00 per kilometre within Germany. Delivery to Gütersloh, Bielefeld and Herford is free of charge.
We combine deliveries into planned routes, so how long it takes depends on how far away you are: around Bielefeld, Gütersloh usually within 2 working days, elsewhere in North Rhine-Westphalia (Düsseldorf, Köln) up to 8 working days, further afield (southern Germany, for example) up to 14 working days. It never takes longer than 14 working days. We email you the date and a time slot in advance.
Put the panel in your cart and enter your address: the shipping costs are shown to you straight away. With no order, with no payment – just try it out.
Two of us load the panels into the vehicle, but the driver arrives on their own. The marble panels are not heavy; their size simply makes them so unwieldy that nobody can carry one up to an upper floor single-handed. That is why we bring them as far as the front door of the building. If someone lends a hand, our drivers are happy to carry them on upstairs together with you: in most cases we deliver with our own vehicle and our own staff, and they are glad to help. If nobody on site can help, delivery of the marble panels is free only as far as the kerbside. You get the delivery date by email in advance, so there is plenty of time to line up a helping hand.
Larger items travel by freight forwarder or in our own delivery vehicle. We always send you the delivery date by email beforehand so that someone is there to receive it.
Pickup at our warehouse (Gneisenaustraße 9, 33330 Gütersloh) is always free of charge – simply select “Pickup” in your cart.
You know the shipping cost before you buy – in the cart or in the shipping calculator.

For a secure, virtually seamless hold, the panels can be glued or screwed on: with our mounting adhesive or the matching black screws.
